As we become more aware of resonance we will note that certain parts of us feel resonant and responsive, while other areas seem denser, heavier. We may for example feel aliveness in our hands or heart, but have little contact with our legs. As we become more conscious of resonance, we may naturally turn towards more life affirmative, healing and beneficial experiences and situations.

The fundamental way the tree flower essences support us is through their resonance, nourishing areas of resonance within ourselves. Taking an essence is like giving water to a tree so that it may grow.
